Fun Day at Los Almendros

The next meeting of the JEC will be on Sunday 27th November 2011. The meeting will take place at Restaurant Los Almendros in Torrellano as usual, a good restaurant with plenty of parking, including some undercover parking facilities. The restaurant will reserve an area especially for the attending cars. Los Almendros is a typically Spanish restaurant and looks after us very well. For the meeting the restaurant will be providing a Menu Del Dia Especial consisting of Bread with Alio and Tomato, assorted starters, for the main course, a choice of Paella (Marisco), Fish or Meat, a dessert, drinks with the meal and coffee all for 18.00 Euro’s plus IVA. Any drinks consumed before the meal should be paid for on an individual basis. The restaurant opens at 10:00 o’clock, so service will be available at all times during the event. The meeting will start at 12:00 Hrs., I hope you will all attend. There will be one competition during the event which will be a driving skills / accuracy competition, let’s just see how good you are at controlling your vehicle. You will be asked to perform a number of low speed manoeuvres in the restaurant car park over a predetermined course.
