We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you for three reasons: firstly, for Registration, to ensure that only paid up members of the Jaguar Enthusiasts’ club gain access to member services, secondly to build the Vehicle Register to enable us to plan future services more accurately and thirdly to process any purchases, be it for membership or renewal or goods from our Gift Shop or Tools and Spares departments.
In all cases it will help us to provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your expressed consent (except when you have sent us an email). We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future. The type of information we already hold through the Club database or will collect about you includes: your name postal address telephone number email address birth year, if given
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information collected will be held securely and is never passed to a third party.
We use technology to track the patterns of behavour of visitors to our site.
