About Kent-South Region

Hello and welcome to the Kent South Region website.

The Kent South Region has been serving South Kent since 1995. A wide variety of events are held throughout the year. New members to Kent South will find the region very friendly and welcoming no matter what their interest in Jaguar.

Kent South holds monthly Club Nights at the Conningbrook hotel in Ashford. These evenings are ideal for new members with an informal atmosphere enabling them to get to know others and chat about their cars. If you have recently joined the JEC and are within reach of Ashford pop along on the 2nd Tuesday of every month around 8pm and see for yourself. Give our membership secretary Phil Utting beforehand and we will look out for you 01303 242454

Over 700 JEC members live in the Kent South Region. Significant benefits are enjoyed by those joining Kent South ranging from great events and meeting like-minded enthusiasts to technical advice, and discounts from local businesses.

Dont forget to check the Hot Events Page for the latest news on imminent events.

Remember you don’t have to own a Jaguar to come along to Kent South

More About us
Committee members

GRAHAM HERITAGE - Webmaster

I joined the JEC back in 2000 when we purchased our first Jaguar a S1 E-type 2+2. We wanted to find like minded individuals with whom to share our experiences on restoration and fun of owning a classic Jaguar. We received a warm welcome from Kent South but the region was small so we decided to help it expand so that the benefits could be enjoyed by all. After 5 years as Chairman its time for some new ideas and I wish Ian great success in his Role as Chairman for 2010

FIONA HERITAGE - Regalia

My aim is to help to create a family friendly JEC region which has events for all our members and their families as well as being able to enjoy driving and owning a Jaguar

GEORGE FOWLER - Secretary

I love the look of the Jaguar E Type from the first day I saw one. I said I will own one of those one day...... I joined the JEC as soon as the E came along. I enjoy the friendly banter of the club, so does my daughter

COLIN Boakes - Events Manager

Hi I’m Colin Boakes, JEC member and Jag owner since 1999, when I purchased a 1986 Sovereign 4.2 series 3 ('Jaggy'), the car 'I always wanted to own'.

After some very enjoyable years, i spotted a near identical car ('85model) on ebay, Autumn 2008. Original even down to the radio, has had a quiet, spoilt life, and i get it for a song!
So 'Jaggy' had to move on to another loving (i hope) home. Keep up the good work,'Kent South'.
