JEC Regions in the UK

Meetings are at 8pm on the second Monday of each month including Bank Holiday Weekends. Arrive before the meeting time and enjoy a reasonably priced meal in the restaurant. The food is of an excellent standard.

Our venue is The Churchillian, Portsdown Hill, Portsdown, Portsmouth, Hants PO6 3LS. Spectacular views, excellent Landlord, great grub and a meeting room with a veranda, overlooking Portsmouth and the Solent. This venue can`t be bettered!

We are one of the JEC`s newest regions formed in June 2010. Membership is steadily climbing on a monthly basis. We currently have a Regional membership fee of £15 per annum. Unusually, this fee covers both a husband and wife or other similar partnership for that single fee. Membership of the main national JEC is encouraged by separate subscription.

Our aim is to make new faces feel as comfortable as the old hands within moments of walking through the door. Don`t feel like the new boy. Just come and join us!  Participation at our meetings and events by partners, family and friends is warmly and actively encouraged.

Our annual events calendar is maintaned by Vice Chairman Tony Reddaway and his wife, Janet. We aim to enjoy at least one Regionally organised event each month and collate these events with other JEC and outside happenings from other sources. We have visited museums, factories, historic places, neighbouring regions and car rallys as well as enjoying visits from visiting speakers on varied subjects.
